Shipping
Contact us before shipping your skull so we can send you a processing (registration) sheet. Once the skull is prepared be sure it is well frozen. Double wrap the skull it plastic garbage bags to ensure there will be no leaking during shipping. Also to help protect antler tips slide a section of garden hose or rubber tubing over the points. When boxing up the skull once again make sure there will be no leakage or antler tips that will poke through the box. As a customer you are responsible for all shipping charges, both to us and return shipping. Upon return shipping we insure the package for the price of cleaning. Bare Bone Skull Werx is not responsible for any damages incurred while the skull is being shipped.
You may also visit our facility to drop off your skull if that is more convenient. Please contact us to set up an appointment.
Our Policies
At Bare Bone Skull Werx we do the best job we can. However the customer assumes all responsibility in their skull. Some items pose a greater risk, such as velvet antlers. We take all necessary steps to prevent damage; thus far we have been successful. Bare Bone Skull Werx assumes no responsibility for acts of God such as fire, flood, tornado or other uncontrollable events.
We will notify you by phone and e-mail when your trophy is complete. Skulls not paid in full or picked up within 90 days become the property of Bare Bone Skull Werx.
All skulls will be processed in the order they are received.
Bare Bone Skull Werx assumes all paperwork and tags to be up to date and legal for each animal.
